Dear Prayer Partners,

Greetings! We are back home safe from Ghana. Firstly thank you for all your prayers and encouragement. We really appreciate it.

Here are some final closing praise items:

  • The Passion Project outreach on Sunday at the national theatre went off really well and was well received. 6 people gave their lives to Christ. We are definitely looking towards coming back next year and they are keen to partner with us again.
  • The relationships and contacts developed over the last two weeks with various individuals in ministry from around Africa has been a blessing and holds well for the future.

For Bernie it is an opportunity to build and mentor into more up and coming youngsters starting out in ministry in Africa.

For Matt it has opened opportunities for the Passion Project to train, equip and envision young christians in the creative arts ministry in these countries to carry on the work themselves i.e. reach their own people as opposed to bringing a whole team from abroad.

  • For Bernie the two weeks was another successful training and equipping conference with delegates from 5 west african countries. They went back to their respective countries equipped and ready to do what God has called them to do.
  • For Matt the two weeks was an envisioning trip whereby the role of the Passion Project in Africa was revealed and future partnerships and doors were opened.
  • We both thank the Lord for his presence throughout the trip, in keeping us safe and granting us good health.

Finally we would just like to thank you once again for all your prayers, support and encouragement. It meant so much to us and was a vital part of the ministry. May the Lord truly bless you and enrich your lives with His choicest blessings.

Yours in Christ

Matt and Bernie
