Maputo 2011 - All Africa Games |

The All Africa Games are a multi-sports event occuring every four years, exclusively for the athletes of the African continent. It is organized by the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa.
Sports Outreach africa is already holding training in Maputo to prepare the Church Leaders to maximize their outreach potential during this time. The 10th All-Africa Games will take place on September 3 - 18th, 2011 in Maputo, Mozambique.
The Maputo 2011 All Africa Games will host 23 sport disciplines and 2 Sport for Disabled disciplines on their sport programme:

The canoeing and rowing disciplines in All Africa Games will be held in Chidenguella Lagoon , 275km north of Maputo , Mozambique
Football will recieve a large following at the All Africa Games and will be one of the primary focuses. The football tournament will be held at a number of stadiums across Mozambique, as well as the host city Maputo. The finals will be played at Estádio do Zimpeto, a purpose built 42,000 capacity stadium in the suburbs of Maputo. All eligible players must be born between 1 January 1992 and December 31, 1993... so this is an opportunity to target some of the up-and-comming stars of the future.
